Make and download logo for free

If you Google “Free logo design”, you’ll see tons of logo maker in the search results. So you click on one of it, spend the time to put in your company name, pick your industry sector, select the reference logo that you like, and finally wait for the system to generate your company logo using AI technology. You’re happy with the design, and looking for the button to download it. Alas, that’s when the “Buy your logo now” button pop-up. After all the time you’ve spent, it makes you feel like you are being cheated.

So here’s 3 logo maker that is truly free. They let you download the logo for free. Most of them require you to make payment if you want a high resolution file or vector version of the logo, but there are letting you download the low resolution version for free.

  1. FreeLogoDesign

FreeLogoDesign have a clean dashboard, and it’s very easy to use. It’s my favourite among the list. The high-resolution file needs $39, but you can get the low-res for free. However it’s only 200×200 pixels.

2. The Free Logo Maker

At first glance, it may seems that the oly way for you to get the logo is by paying $9.99 only. But if you look closer, you’ll notice that you can get the free version (width is 500 px, height depends on the design) of logo by submitting your email. When you open the email, make you you store the “Image Path” in the email! You’ll need it later to purchase the high resolution and vector file in the future. 3. Hatchful (Shopify)

The cool thing about Hatchful is that it generates different version of the logo you design for free. However there’s is no option for me to purchase the logo’s vector file. Vector file is very important for ease of resizing, and graphics editing. In short, your designer might face some designing issue if you don’t have the vector file.

Time to put the logo on the packaging

Now that your logo is ready, it’s time to get it out there. Use it on your name card, website, and even your product’s packaging. This will make it easier for more people to know and remember about your brand.
